Lead Acid / Li-ion / DC Power Supply 3in1 Charger Platform

Lead Acid Mode:

This mode is a three-stage charging mode specifically designed for lead-acid batteries.
The battery charging mode has a battery anti reverse connection function, and the output relay is in a disconnected state by default. When the battery is not connected, turning on the output will automatically turn off the output and disconnect the output relay.

Common charging parameters for lead-acid batteries in electric vehicles
12V battery: average charging voltage 14.5V, float charging voltage 13.5V
24V battery: average charging voltage 29.0V, float charging voltage 27.0V
36V battery: average charging voltage 43.5V, float charging voltage 40.5V
48V battery: average charging voltage 58.0V, float charging voltage 54.0V
60V battery: average charging voltage of 72.5V, floating charging voltage of 67.5V
72V battery: average charging voltage 87.0V, float charging voltage 81.0V
96V battery: average charging voltage 116.0V, float charging voltage 108.0V
10AH battery: current limit value 1.40A, float charge to jump current 0.42A
20AH battery: current limit value 2.80A, float charge to jump current 0.84A
32AH battery: current limit value 4.48A, float charge to jump current 1.34A
45AH battery: current limit value 6.30A, float charge to jump current 1.89A
60AH battery: current limit value 8.40A, float charge to jump current 2.52A
80AH battery: current limit value 11.20A, float charge to jump current 3.36A
100AH battery: current limit value of 14.00A, float charge to jump current of 4.20A

After setting the average charging voltage, the float charging voltage will automatically change proportionally, and generally does not require manual modification.
After setting the current limit value, the float to jump current will automatically change proportionally, and generally do not require manual modification.
The float charging cut-off delay can generally be set to 00:10 (i.e. 10 minutes)
The charging parameters of special lead-acid batteries are subject to the manufacturer's data manual.
If the battery heats up during charging, the voltage no longer rises, and the current no longer decreases, it indicates that it has been overcharged and the charging voltage needs to be lowered.

Li-ion Mode:

This mode is suitable for any battery that requires constant current and constant voltage charging, such as ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, lithium titanate, supercapacitors, etc.
The battery charging mode has a battery anti reverse connection function, and the output relay is in a disconnected state by default. When the battery is not connected, turning on the output will automatically turn off the output and disconnect the output relay.

Common charging parameters for lithium batteries
The charging voltage for each string of ternary lithium batteries is generally 4.2V
The charging voltage for each string of lithium iron phosphate batteries is generally 3.65V
The charging current limit value can generally be calculated as 0.25 times the battery capacity value (e.g. 15A charging for a 60AH battery)
The cut-off current for charging can generally be calculated as 0.04 times the capacity of the battery (for example, a 60AH battery can be charged to 2.4A and cut off)
The charging deadline can generally be set to 00:01 (i.e. 1 minute)
Please try to follow the official requirements of the battery for charging parameters. Overvoltage of the battery and failure of the protection board can easily cause spontaneous combustion and explosion of the battery.

DC Power Supply Mode:

The DC power supply mode can be used for supplying power to conventional electrical appliances. The output relay is in a straight through state and can maintain a stable output even under no-load conditions. It cannot be reversed to the battery.

In general, the cut-off current should be kept at 0A, otherwise it will cause the output to automatically shut down in an unloaded state.
When the power limit output function is not required, the power limit value should be set to a maximum of 3000W
